Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Reachily. By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Reachily. If you are using Reachily on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

Reachily is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that analyzes LinkedIn profiles you choose, produces a relevance score with reasoning, suggests discussion angles and next actions, drafts connection notes, messages, comments and replies, translates drafts between English and French, stores your contacts and notes, and tracks follow-up reminders.

It is a research and drafting assistant. It is not a CRM of record, not an automation tool, and not a guarantee of any commercial outcome.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure and for everything that happens under your Reachily account. One active session is supported at a time. If your workspace has API credentials, you are responsible for keeping them secret and for any use made of them; you can regenerate them at any time from settings.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use Reachily.

Reachily runs alongside your own LinkedIn session and reads pages you are already viewing. That means how you use it is your responsibility. In particular:

• You must comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement and any other rules LinkedIn applies to your account. Nothing in these terms overrides them.
• You send every message, comment, and connection request yourself. You are responsible for its content, including anything Reachily drafted that you chose to send.
• You must not use Reachily to send unsolicited bulk outreach, to harass or mislead anyone, or to collect information about people for a purpose they would not reasonably expect.
• You must have a legitimate reason to analyze a given person's profile, and you must handle what you learn accordingly.

If LinkedIn restricts or removes your account, that is between you and LinkedIn. We cannot restore it and we are not responsible for it.

Reachily is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. LinkedIn is a trademark of its owner, and we use the name only to describe what our product works with.

Scores, reasoning, angles, outcomes, next actions, drafts, replies, and translations are produced by a large language model. They are generated, not verified. They may be inaccurate, out of date, or inappropriate for your situation.

Treat all output as a first draft that needs your judgment. Do not rely on it as professional, legal, financial, or employment advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you act on it or send it. Similar output may be generated for other users, and we make no claim that output is unique to you.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written permission.
• Attempt to access other users' data, or to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or authentication.
• Reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
• Use the service to build a competing product, or to train a machine learning model on our output.
• Use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that damages or overloads our infrastructure.

Plans

There is a free plan with fixed monthly limits, and paid plans with higher or unlimited limits. Current prices and limits are listed on our pricing page. The free plan requires no payment method.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method each period.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep paid features until then. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.

Failed payments and price changes

If a payment fails we may downgrade or suspend access to paid features until it is resolved. If we change prices, we will give you notice before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel if you do not want to continue.

Each plan carries limits on contacts, insights, and AI generations. We enforce them, and reaching a limit means the relevant action stops working until the next period or until you upgrade. Where a plan is described as unlimited, that means no fixed numeric cap, but it remains subject to reasonable use: we may contact you and apply limits if usage is automated, abusive, or so far outside normal individual use that it threatens the service.

Reachily is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and some are labelled as coming soon in the product. We do not promise that any particular feature will ship, or ship on a particular date. If we discontinue something you are paying for, you can cancel.

We own the service, including the software, the design, and our template library. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing.

You keep ownership of the content you put in, such as your notes and goals. You are free to use the drafts and insights Reachily generates for you, including commercially. You grant us the permission we need to host, process, and display your content in order to run the service for you.

You can stop using Reachily at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, that AI output will be accurate, or that using Reachily will produce replies, meetings, revenue, or any other result. We depend on LinkedIn's website structure and on third-party providers, and features may break when those change.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Reachily is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used Reachily, including messages you sent, information you collected, or a breach of these terms or of LinkedIn's rules.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes we will give you notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Reachily after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts of France, without affecting any right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings where you live.
